About me and my work
I am Simone—a wild soul, lover of nature and art—and I guide people back to their true selves, free from trauma, patterns, and conditioning.
In my work, body-based trauma healing, nervous system work, and art come together in a unique blend that transforms voiceless disconnection from your being into authentic, uncompromising self-expression.​

I don’t want to make you function better—I want to give you the tools and self-confidence to return to who you truly are. A state in which speaking your truth, standing up for your needs, following your dreams, and building deep, reciprocal relationships feels natural, peaceful, and grounded.

I am currently training to become a trauma healer with Chantal Thiel, as well as a Soul Touch therapist with @soul_flowvibe.
